Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days of when they are placed online. Shipping and handling charges are calculated by volume, weight and destination. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time by the selected carrier (USPS, UPS) during your online checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Product will only be accepted if prior notification and approval have been confirmed by Enchanting wicks Candle Co. You may exchange the product for a new product of the same type or you may return the product for store credit. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
